Somatochlora borisi Marinov, 2001 new for Turkey
The oldest record so far known from this most recent described new European species is a female collected by Nurten Hacet on 7th July 1992 in Thracia at the Pabuç River near Kiyiköy (41°38'N, 28°05'E; UTM MGRS WGS84: 35 T NG9111809654; UTM numeric WGS84: E=591118 N=4609654). This record has been published in the recent description of female (Boudot, et al., 2004).
